Pigsty

A celebration of all things pork, Pigsty offers good quality, local produce and the company’s own products from The Jolly Hog.

Building on the success of their established shipping container outlet, Pigsty on Bristol’s trendy Gloucester Road was a venture into a larger-scale, neighbourhood restaurant and bar format for customers who wish to sit and stay longer. We evolved Pigsty’s existing look and feel to create a more grown-up, premium space to attract local families, workers and group diners. The interior mixes elements of town and farm with new and existing industrial elements, reclaimed farm doors, smart contemporary green herringbone timber and contrasting pink Corian. Original 1920s butcher shop tiling, discovered on site, adds age and authenticity, and graphic slogans and playful signage express the brand’s outgoing character.
