Shortlisted for Restaurant & Bar Design Award

Our project with The Bristol Loaf (shown right) has been shortlisted for a Restaurant & Bar Design Award in the Europe - Cafe category.
The Restaurant & Bar Design Awards is an annual award dedicated to recognising the design and architecture of food and beverage spaces internationally.
Being considered as one of the world's most creative and influential restaurants or bars is a great achievement. Our collaboration with The Bristol Loaf sought to create a unique shopping and eating experience with an emphasis on ethics and sustainability. We believe we have achieved just that. The Bristol Loaf is a local, independent artisan bakery providing a community food hub in Bedminster, Bristol. The dynamic new space incorporates an organic sourdough bakery, Hugo’s Greengrocer, Two-Belly Cheesemonger, and The Bristol Vine – an exciting, new organic & natural wine shop.
This project was our first collaboration with The Bristol Loaf, and since Bedminster Parade, we have supported the brand with an opening of a further cafe and bar at the Bristol Beacon.
Winners will be announced on the final day of Restaurant & Bar Design Week - 14th October 2021.
